Note: All per hour services are based on a one hour minimum. After the first hour, rates are billed in 15 minute increments. Rates and services are subject to change.

Standard Personal Assistance, Errands, Shopping Services: $25.00 per hour
Standard "Hourly" Bonus Plan: One hour free for every 10 hours of personal services

Senior (65+) Personal Assistance, Errands, Shopping Services: $25.00 per hour

4 hour package - 10% discount
6 hour package - 15% discount
8 hour package - 20% discount

*House cleaning and Limousine services excluded on Bonus & Senior Plans

Medical Appt. Reminders, and Appointment Setting Calls: $ 5.00 per call

Wait at Your Home for Repair or Delivery Service: $25.00 per hour

Research Service: $25.00 per hour

Cleaning Service (Residential and Commercial): Call for estimate

Housecleaning: Bid per job.
Residential or Commercial Interior Make-Ready Cleaning: Bid per job.
Weekly or Monthly Commercial Cleaning: Bid per job.

Pet and Home Sitting Services:

Pet Sitting 1 - 2 Pets - $15.00 per visit; 3 or more Pets - $25.00 per visit
Home Sitting (water plants, turn on/off lights, pick up mail and papers, etc.): $25.00 per visit
Pet and Home Sitting Combination 1 - 2 Pets: $40.00 per visit; 3 or more Pets: $50.00 per visit

Limousine Service: Call for estimate

Rates based on preferred type of vehicle (Town Car, Stretch, Hummer Stretch), duration, and destination.

Courier Service: Call for estimate

Other Services: Call for estimate

Hours of Service: All services are by appointment. Preferred hours for errand and shopping services are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m, Monday through Friday. At least a 24-48 hour notification is required. We will make every attempt to accommodate your schedule. Emergency requests and holiday services may incur additional fees.

Cancellations: Service cancellations are required at least five hours prior to service, or a $15.00 fee will be assessed.

Purchase costs: Any purchases made as part of a service will be added to invoice and will be payable upon completion of service. A receipt will be provided to the customer.

Mileage fees: Mileage fees will be charge for any services that require travel over 12 miles from point of origination of service. A mileage fee of 40¢ per mile will be assessed and added to service invoice.

Just Call Karen accepts cash, personal checks, cashier's check, money orders and Master Charge and Pay Pal. There will be a $25.00 fee on all returned checks.
